This is what you will do
As a Corporate M&A / Corporate Litigation lawyer, you combine transaction practice with corporate law procedures. You work on:
- Complex M&A processes and restructurings
- Procedures at the Enterprise Chamber
- Shareholder disputes
- Directors’ liability
- Joint ventures and partnerships
- Corporate governance issues
You are involved in the further development of our practice and guide junior employees in their professional growth.
What makes you the ideal candidate?
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a lawyer
- Demonstrable experience in M&A and corporate litigation
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, German is an advantage
- Commercially and analytically strong
