At Guldemond Advocaten, we are looking for an ambitious lawyer who wants to develop further in commercial contracts and litigation. From our office in the heart of Amsterdam, you will work on challenging matters for Dutch and international clients.
Your role
As an associate lawyer, you will work on a broad range of commercial matters:
- Advising on and drafting domestic and international contracts
- Conducting proceedings before Dutch courts and arbitral institutions
- Assisting with negotiations and dispute resolution
- Developing practical solutions to complex legal issues
- Contributing to knowledge sharing within the firm and with clients
- Working in multidisciplinary teams
The ideal candidate
- You have successfully completed your Dutch lawyer traineeship and professional training
- You are motivated to develop further in commercial law
- You have strong analytical skills and a practical approach
- You combine legal expertise with commercial insight
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English
- You are curious about new developments in law and society
