This is what you will do
As a lawyer-employee you work on a wide range of commercial issues:
- Advice on and drafting of national and international contracts
- Conducting proceedings before Dutch courts and arbitration institutions
- Assisting with negotiations and dispute resolution
- Developing practical solutions for complex legal issues
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the office and with clients
- Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
The ideal candidate
- You have successfully completed your internship training
- You are motivated to further develop yourself in commercial law
- You are analytically strong and have a practical attitude
- You combine legal expertise with commercial insight
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English
- You are curious about new developments in law and society
